Return and Refund Policy

At Sounds and Scores, we take pride in the quality of our sheet music products. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Downloads Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable sheet music are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted file or the wrong file was delivered), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at c.schilders@planet.nl and we will resolve the issue promptly by providing a corrected file or, at our discretion, a refund.

Order Errors If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, please contact us before downloading the file. We will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
